Ginger Pine-ango Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Have you guessed it already? Yes! It’s pineapple and mango. I think that’s a give away!

With all the viruses around, this anti inflammatory smoothie can help protect your body with invaders threatening your health.

Quick and refreshing recipe below:

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

1 to 1.5 cups cold water

1 teaspoon peeled, chopped fresh ginger

1 teaspoon turmeric

Just like in my Dra-ngo-nana Smoothie Bowl, I did mention to make sure that the fruits are in season so that you won’t get really sour ones and so that they’re not super expensive too!
