If you’re trying to find a way to beat the heat the healthier and immune fighting version, here’s a recipe I’ve prepared for you guys. I swear, it’s like Jamba Juice’s version! And it only took me less than 10 minutes tops including cleaning my blender 🙂

Ingredients are as follows:
3/4 cup cold water1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp Raw Açai from The Healthy Grocery
Even the list is too short for you to waste time! But yeah you can add in a little bit more ice, though this sums about it.
