One of the best things with overnight oats is that – number one, you just open them the next day. Second, it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to prepare. Finally, they are just way too awesome to eat the next day.
Whoever said healthy isn’t yummy probably hasn’t tried experimenting yet. Here’s a photo of my overnight oats before sealing it in for the next day.

Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp Chunky Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Quick Oats
1/2 cup Soy Milk (plain)
1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 part Fresh Banana
50 grams Fresh Strawberries
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a jar.
- Mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, add your favourite crunchy healthy topping (walnuts/ sliced almonds).
